8th Annual Celebration of the Arts Sponsored by the Tampa Bay Lightning Foundation
I wasn't really following hockey until my artwork made it into the 8th Annual Celebration of the Arts sponsored by the Tampa Bay Lightning Foundation. THAT made me a Lightning fan with a special motivation (my art which sat all season in the Amelie arena in the executive suites). Mine was one of 41 submissions accepted out of 525 entries and juried by Mrs. Vinik, along with representatives from the Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts of St. Petersburg, the Ringling Museum of Art and the Tampa Bay Museum of Art. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I am so happy to see them win the Stanley Cup!
